Fortnightly Practice Clinic
A regular place to practise before the real moment matters.
Some workplace situations are hard to practise properly on your own. Practice Clinic is a free, live online space to try something with other humans present.

Why human practice matters
Practising changes when another person is in the room.
A little real pressure
Another person is listening and responding. That adds enough pressure to make the practice useful, while keeping the space safe enough to experiment.
Nobody fills in the gaps
People can only respond to what you actually communicate. Noticing missing context is part of what makes practice useful.
What you can practise
Bring the part that is hard to rehearse alone.
These are examples, not a programme. The Clinic has no fixed syllabus.
When you need to explain
Answer an interview question, explain an idea clearly, or make a recommendation.
When the stakes are higher
Raise a concern, handle pushback, speak to a senior stakeholder, or ask for something.
When a conversation matters
Respond when challenged, have a difficult workplace conversation, or work through what you want to say.
How a Clinic works
Live, simple, and focused on practice.
Bring, observe, or participate.
You do not need a polished situation. Observation is a legitimate way to take part.
Practise with real people present.
Kathy facilitates and provides light guidance while the group works with the situations people bring.
Notice what happens and try again.
Use the response you receive to understand what is landing and what you may want to do differently.
Before you join
You do not need to have it all worked out first.
A sentence or two in the registration form is enough. You can register close to the session, come to observe, or bring something you would like the opportunity to practise.

A regular place to return to
Come as you are. Practise what matters.
You do not have to organise a practice partner every time. When you need somewhere to practise, another Clinic is coming.
