I’m Kathy Creaner, an executive leadership coach and management advisor with 30 years of experience in transforming the way people work. I believe leadership skills can be learned, and you have the power to take charge of your career. My passion lies in helping individuals unlock their potential, whether it’s climbing the corporate ladder, building high-performance teams, or running their own business.

Despite reporting that we didn’t have enough funding to achieve all our objectives for the year, I was frustrated by the lack of support. Kathy encouraged me to view my reports from an executive management perspective. I had been reporting our year-end financial position as green because I knew we could reduce our workload to stay within budget. However, executive management saw this as a sign that I had the situation under control. Kathy helped me reframe my communication of the financial risk and adjust my status reporting so that executive management understood I needed their support to deliver the planned program scope. As a result, the program received more funding, and we successfully delivered the planned scope. Kathy’s insights and guidance were invaluable.
